I finally got to see Marina and the Diamonds perform her own show last night.

I’m so excited that she’s doing so well for herself after opening for people like Katy Perry and Coldplay.

Actually, I just meandered back through my tag for her on this blog and found posts from three years ago when she only had two songs out and her first album wasn’t released yet.

I remember being ridiculously excited to get my hands on her songs when The Family Jewels was released, and how disappointed I was when she delayed the release of her second album.

Can any feeling compare to watching your favourite artist perform your favourite songs live 10 meters from you?
